Returns for Orthotic Arch Supports:
Any Orthotic Arch Supports returned for replacement due to flattening, cracking or breaking, due to normal use, returned with invoice, will be replaced free with just a shipping cost of $4.60 for Priority Delivery.
With the purchase of the Orthotic Arch Supports, you have a three month adjustment period. At the end of three months if you are not completely satisfied with the Orthotic Arch Supports, you have the option to receive 50% money back guarantee or apply 100% store credit towards a Quality Therapeutic shoe or other fine products. However, outside of the continental USA, therapeutic shoes are not an available option for an exchange of arch supports.
